New Mexico State (7-3) also beat UTEP (5-5) 71-69 last Saturday in Las Cruces New Mexico. Ingram was 4-of-6 from 3-point range for the Aggies, who won despite hitting just 25-of-43 free throws. UTEP's Stefon Jackson had 21 points, and Darren Clarke added 14 points off the bench. New Mexico State's Fred Peete had 12 points, and Tyrone Nelson added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Led by Ingram, the Aggies bench scored 30 points. The Aggies are back in action on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. against Western New Mexico at the Pan American Center |
